Below are simple descriptions of the options provided. If you do not see something you want, just let us know and we will design it for you.
WOW! Centerpieces: (6 points) This centerpiece is an explosion of florals in a jaw-dropping statement that will be at least forty inches in height. The centerpiece may be accented with various elements such as feathers, crystals, pearls and candles. This centerpiece is great for entrance pieces, ceremony decor, buffet tables and guest tables.
Premium WOW! Centerpiece: (15 points) The premium version of the WOW! centerpiece includes a luxurious mass of high-end florals, creating an over the top centerpiece. This option is great for altar arrangements that can be placed on either side of the bride and groom for the ceremony and/or for the head table at the reception.
Large Centerpiece: (4 points) This centerpiece is great for guest tables and buffets. Standing at least thirty inches tall, it will represent the style and color choices of the event with an assortment of elements that may include florals, props, and/or candles.
Premium Large Centerpiece: (10 points) The premium version of this centerpiece will include high-end florals and a full, luscious mass of florals with little foliage.
Medium Centerpiece: (3 points) This centerpiece stands at least twenty-four inches tall and is created to match the style and colors chosen for the wedding. This centerpiece is great for guest tables especially when mixed with other sized centerpieces.
Premium Medium Centerpiece: (6 points) The premium version of this centerpiece may include high-end florals or enhancements that add components such as a trio of crystal covered globes or elevated candles.
Small Centerpiece: (2 points) This centerpiece is under twelve inches tall and is created with various elements that embody the chosen style and colors of the wedding. This centerpiece is great for guest tables, bistro tables, and standing cocktail tables.
Premium Small Centerpiece: (4 points) The premium version of this centerpiece may include the addition of high-end florals or enhancements that add components to the centerpiece such as glass vases with floating candles or floral accents.
Cake Flower Accents: (2 points) This option will provide fresh florals to accent the wedding cake. This can be a cluster of florals as the cake topper or a small cluster on top of the cake with other accents on the cake.
Premium Cake Flower Accents: (4 points) This option will provide a full cascade of florals down one side of the cake or wrapping around the cake.
Bridal Bouquet: (5 points) This option will provide a hand tied bridal bouquet created with a lush assortment of chosen florals in the wedding colors that match the style and theme of the wedding. The bouquet will be finished with a ribbon wrap on the handle and presented in a glass vase for you to keep.
Premium Bridal Bouquet: (7 points) This option is larger than the bridal bouquet above and enhanced with high-end florals. This option is required for clients wanting florals such as phalaenopsis or cymbidium orchids, calla lilies, and tropical florals.
Bridal Bouquet Cascade Upgrade: (3 points) This option turns any bridal bouquet listed above into a cascading, waterfall, or teardrop shaped bouquet that is created in a bouquet holder or fashioned with a custom decorative wire structure to support the florals and other enhancements.
Bridesmaid Bouquet: (2 points) This option will provide a bridesmaid bouquet with an assortment of chosen flowers in the wedding colors that match the style and theme of the wedding. Each bouquet will be finished with a satin ribbon treatment on the handle and presented in a glass vase for you to keep. The bouquet will be approximately six inches in diameter.
Premium Bridesmaid Bouquet: (4 points) This option will enhance the bridesmaid bouquet above with high end flowers, increased size, or an addition of other elements such as jewels, feathers, or fabric.
Pin-On Boutonniere: (1/2 point) Each boutonniere will be created with the chosen flowers in the wedding colors to be pinned on the left lapel. Boutonnieres are typically for the following bridal party members: groom, groomsmen, ushers, ring bears, fathers, grandfathers, readers, singers, or other special male guests.
Wrist Corsage: (1 point) Each wrist corsage will be created on a jewelry style wristlet (typically rhinestone or pearl band) that is accented with a small cluster of floral and ribbon in the wedding colors. Corsages are typically for the following bridal party members: mother, grandmothers, program attendants, hostess, singers, readers, or other special female guests.
Flower Girl Pomander: (2 point) This option will provide a small sphere of florals for the flower girl to carry that is created with florals in the chosen wedding colors and accented with ribbon.
Flower Girl Petals: (1 point) This option will provide flower petals for the flower girl in the wedding colors. These petals may be rose petals, hydrangea petals or other types of petals of the flowers used at the wedding. This option does not include a basket for the petals.
Tossing Bouquet: (1 point) This option will provide a small bouquet for the bride to toss during the reception. This option is only available with the selection of a bridal bouquet.
Bridal Suite: (5 points) The bridal suite is approximately 200 square feet and great for smaller parties (less than six bridesmaids) to prepare for the wedding.
Add The Boardroom: (10 points) The Boardroom is located in between event space one and event space two with a direct pass through into event space two. This space is over 1300 square feet and is great for additional space with any other space rental. This room can be used for cocktail hours, buffets and bar space, bride or groom prep area, or even a ceremony location for a small guest list.
One Additional Venue Hour: (10 points) This option will add one additional hour to the standard rental option (five hours) of the venue. This option can extend your event as late as 1:00AM.
5 Parking Passes: (1 point) This option will provide five parking passes per point for the Glassworks’ parking garage located directly south of the front entrance of the Glassworks building. Parking passes must be purchased before the event. Unused parking passes may be sold back to The Foundry at Glassworks for $2 per pass.
Additional Event Clean-Up: (10 points) If you provided your own decor and do not want to deal with the clean up after the event, then let us handle that for you. This option will provide clean-up for the ceremony and reception decor, packing it back in the provided containers and enabling it to be picked up the next open business day (or scheduled time) following the event. Restrictions may apply.
Standing Cocktail Table: (1/2 point) A standing cocktail table is a thirty inch round table that is forty-two inches tall and covered with a black spandex linen. This option is also available in a thirty inch height. These tables are great for cocktail hours, gathering tables around the dance floor, or small bistro tables to mix in with the reception seating.
60” Half Round Table: (1/2 point) A sixty inch half round table is exactly as it sounds, half of a sixty inch round table. This is a great addition as a sweetheart table, small drink table, guest book table, or add one to each side of a head table, like the example picture to the right.
Additional 6’ Table: (1/2 point) This option will provide one additional six foot long, thirty inch wide table to your event.
Additional 60” Round Table: (1/2 point) This option will provide one additional sixty inch round table to your event.
Additional 48” Round Table: (1/2 point) This option will provide one additional forty-eight inch round table to your event.
LED Uplighting: (10 points) This option will saturate the entire room in a colored light, transforming and completing the design of any space. There are nearly endless color possibilities with approximately 1.6 million colors available to choose from.
Light Monogram: (4 points) This custom light monogram option will provide a light projection of the couple’s monogram or wedding logo on any surface. This is a great way to personalize, customize and brand the event. The light monogram can be in a single color or multiple colors.
Market Lighting: (3 points) This lighting option will install lighting in a section or multiple sections of the room depending on the quantity chosen. Market lights are strings of round large glass bulb lights (similar to C9 Christmas lights). Three points per section of event space (400 square feet).
Fairy Berries: (3 points) This lighting option will install lighting in a section or multiple sections of the room depending on the quantity chosen. Fairy Berries are small LED lights on strings that pulse on and off slowly at various rates to resemble twinkling stars. Three points per section of event space (400 square feet).
Easel Rental: (1/2 point) This selection will add one easel to the event that can be used to display pictures, signs, an escort card posters, or any other item needing an easel support.
Coat Rack Rental: (1 point) A rolling coat rack and hangers will be provided with this option. This is great for creating a coat check or place where belonging can be stored throughout the event. This option is available with or without a coat check attendant.
Coat Check Attendant: (1+ points) This option will provide one attendant to man a coat check area for the event; this option is one point per hour. An attendant will be needed for one additional hour (thirty minutes before and after the event) and the duration of the event rounded up to the nearest half hour. An additional attendant is recommended for party sizes over 200 guests.
10 Linear Feet of Drape: (3 points) This option will provide pipe and drape for ten linear feet that is ten feet tall in any color available.
Standard Bar Front Rental: (5 points) This option will provide a white acrylic bar front that is either curved or straight in six foot long sections and lit with LED lighting.
Premium Linen: (3 points each) Premium linens will be floor length for the chosen tables. Linen choices matching the event’s theme and colors will be provided. This may include options such as sequins, paillettes, appliques, embroidered, and flocked linens.
Upgraded Linen: (2 points each) Upgraded linens will be floor length for the chosen tables. Linen choices matching the event’s theme and colors will be provided. This may include options such as patterns, prints, and textured linens.
Standard Linen: (1/2 point each) Standard linens will be floor length polyester linens for the chosen tables. Linen choices matching the event’s colors will be provided.
Linen Overlay: (1 point) A linen overlay is a ninety inch square piece of fabric meant to enhance a standard linen. Fabrics offered as overlays include patterned, textured, printed, sequins, paillettes, appliques, embroidered, and flocked fabrics. A standard floor length linen option must be selected with this option.
25 White Chair Cushions: (1 point) This option will provide you with 25 white chair cushions to replace the black cushions that are provided with the rental of the venue space.
5 Color Chair Cushions: (1 point) This options will allow you to select the color of cushion to be used at the event. Selections will be provided that match the style and colors of the wedding.
25 Premium Linen Napkins: (2 points) Premium linen napkins are made with a higher end fabric that may include satin, bengaline, shantung, lamour, or taffeta. This linens provide a richness to each place setting and a great finishing touch.
25 Standard Linen Napkins: (1/2 point) Standard linen napkins are polyester napkins available in a myriad of colors to match the colors of the event. Color options will be provided, based on the wedding colors.
10 Standard Chair Sashes: (1 point) Standard chair sashes are made with either a solid polyester or sheer fabric in an assortment of colors that will match the wedding colors. Ten sashes are provided for one point, and this includes tying the chair sashes.
5 Premium Chair Sashes: (1 point) Premium chair sashes are available in an assortment of fabrics that may include satin, bengaline, shantung, lamour, or taffeta fabrics. Five sashes are provided for one point, and this includes tying the chair sashes.
Votive Candles per Table: (1/2 point) This option will place a collection of votive candles on the selected tables. Votive candles may be in clear, colored or patterned glassware to match the theme and colors of the event.
The Cube: (12 points) The Cube is a social media kiosk that allows users to view, print, and share photos live from the event by monitoring photos matching the event’s hashtag on popular social media sites such as Instagram and Twitter. The Cube allows guests to instantly print tagged pictures from social media sites, automatically creates a Facebook album of all tagged pictures, allows customizable borders around the pictures, and saves all pictures to a USB drive that will be provided to the client after the event. This option will include unlimited prints for the duration of the event and signage to let guest know to upload and tag their pictures.
Step and Repeat: (1+ points) A step and repeat is a custom designed backdrop that is great for pictures and a way to personalize your event. This option will create a backdrop with the wedding logo and/or couple’s names in the chosen wedding colors. This option is available for one point per eight square feet. The minimum recommended step and repeat size is approximately eight feet wide by eight feet tall.
Carpet Runner: (4 points) This runner is fifty feet long and four feet wide and available (in either white or red). This option is great for aisle runners and grand entrances. A carpet runner is the safest aisle runner to be used at The Foundry at Glassworks. Custom colors available for additional points.
Personal Flower Delivery: (2 points) Your personal flowers will be delivered to the ceremony location or a location of your choosing. No delivery is necessary for ceremonies at The Foundry at Glassworks.
